I WISH I KNEW ABOUT FAR CAPITAL EARLIER
Hello, my name is Veni Govin. I am an engineer turned Add Maths tutor. I am also a proud mother of 3 kids.
I knew about Faizul Ridzuan around 2012 when I bought his book “WTF, 23 properties by 30”. From then on, I have been following him on Facebook. Looking back now, I regret not joining FAR Capital earlier. I always thought of the fee it would cost me, which I eventually found out was not costly. Entering Far Capital earlier would have stopped me from making many mistakes.
When I joined Far Capital in March 2020, I was under AKPK for the financial mistakes that I made previously. I also had very little savings. I knew I wouldn’t be able to invest in a property right away, but I also knew that I couldn’t afford to wait any longer.
INVESTING IN FINANCIAL EDUCATION
I told myself, “Let’s invest in financial education and learn first. Don’t put off learning. NOW is always the best time.”
Joining Far Capital was like an act of destiny for me. Being in the community is equivalent to having a financial compass. I made plans to increase my savings, clear my bad debts with the bank, have a business, and build my property portfolio. I know I won’t achieve it overnight, but Rome was built in a day, either.
SIX FIGURE SAVINGS AND DEBT CLEARED
A year later, in 2021, I managed to build six-figure savings and clear my AKPK. I also have an expanding side business. Now I am gearing myself towards buying my first investment property with FAR Cap.
I want to add that financial empowerment is a birthright of every human. Financial empowerment can give us more confidence and strength to carry on with life and manage problems that life throws at us. FAR Cap membership bridges the gap of lacking financial education in our education system. Financial education is not something “extra.” It should be made compulsory for everyone to learn and master.
