RM399 Clientship Terms and Conditions

PREAMBLE

FAR Capital Sdn Bhd (“FC”) is pleased to offer an exclusive clientship sign-up for the T1 Seven Zeros Club Clientship Package (“T1 Package”).

The payment of Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred Ninety-Nine (RM399.00) Only (“RM399 fee”) serves as the refundable deposit to sign up as a client and as a partial payment toward the T1 Package subject to Clause 2 below.

This RM399 Clientship is required to formalize the clientship and access the Upgrade Now Pay Later (UNPL) facility.

REFUND AND ELIGIBILITY

The RM399 fee is refundable only if you as the Client has strictly followed all professional advice, guides, and instructions provided by FC and is still unable to book a property.

To qualify for a refund, the Client must demonstrate full engagement, including but not limited to:

1. completing the Full Financial Screening within 21 days of sign-up;
2. attending the required 1-to-1 Consultation session with a Success Manager; and
3. applying for property bookings recommended by FC and is unable to secure such purchase due to unavailable financing.

The Client is not entitled to a refund if they:

1. intentionally and willingly choose not to use or engage with the services provided;
2. fail, refuse, or neglect to utilize the digital content or attend consultation sessions; or
3. fail to provide necessary financial documents for screening.

This refund guarantee is valid for a period of nine (9) months from the date of sign-up. If no property purchase is completed and no refund is requested within this 9-month window, the RM399 shall be deemed fully utilized and non-refundable.

Clause 2.2 and 2.3 herein shall be read in conjunction with Clause 4.2 and Clause 7 of the service agreement.

THE UPGRADE NOW PAY LATER (UNPL) MECHANISM

The total fee for the T1 Seven Zeros Club Clientship is Ringgit Malaysia Ten Thousand (RM10,000.00) Only ("Full Amount").

The remaining balance (“top-up fee”) shall be the Full Amount minus the RM399 and any other prior clientship payments.

For purposes of illustration, the mechanics and calculation shall be as illustrated below:-

1. For a new client making the RM399 payment, the top-up fee shall be RM10,000.00 minus RM399.00, which equals RM9,601.00.

The top-up fee becomes due and payable within thirty (30) days upon the Purchaser receiving the loan excess payment or funds from the developer.

FC does not promise or guarantee that the loan excess will cover the full top-up fee.

TIMELINE AND GENERAL TERMS

Clients shall complete at least one (1) property purchase recommended by FC within nine (9) months from the date of sign-up.

Should you be unable to complete the property purchase within the stipulated time or should the loan excess received from the developer be insufficient to cover the full top-up fee, you may choose one of the following options:-

1. Effect full payment to secure any of the clientship packages available at the given time, the terms of which shall be subject to the respective packages selected; or
2. Terminate the Clientship entirely.

In the event where you are unable to inform us of your decision to proceed with clause 4.2(a) above, FC shall retain its absolute discretion to terminate your clientship.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia whereby parties shall also submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts.

GENERAL

Both Parties shall comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and relevant anti-money laundering laws.

FC reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend this promotion or any of these terms at any time without prior notice.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

COMPREHENSION AND ACCEPTANCE

You hereby agree and acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that you shall be bound by the provisions herein.
