I was raised in a B40 family. There was no exposure to investment nor finance literacy when I was a kid. I had grown interested in learning about investments after I began my career as an engineer. After four years of researching an investment, I purchased the first property sub-sale in 2019 at 300k. I needed 40k to buy the property. It was a very lengthy process as it took more than one year to complete the purchase.

For my second purchase, I attended the FR seminar in early 2020; I managed to buy a property valued at RM 1 million with only RM 3000 capital. Thanks to the proper knowledge and mentor, I was able to secure this grade A property.

It took me less than a year to learn about financial management and financial literacy. My understanding of property investment had shown much improvement compared to when I studied on my own for four years. I have also successfully guided many people to invest in the right property and develop their financial knowledge.
