When I first thought of buying property, I believed it was impossible for someone like me. I was working as a freelancer abroad in the oil and gas sector, a diver with no fixed income, no salary slip, and no savings to show the bank. In my mind, I thought being “debt-free” made me a good candidate for a loan. But reality hit me hard: banks saw me as high-risk, and even insurance companies were afraid to offer me a policy. For a long time, I struggled and felt stuck.
Everything changed when I was introduced to FAR Capital. I realised it wasn’t just about buying a house — it started with the right mindset. I no longer rely 100% on my active job, I’ve created multiple income streams and started building my legacy.
