Terms and Conditions

The Free Housing Down Payment Contest (the "Contest") is organized by FAR Capital Sdn. Bhd. (the "Organizer"). By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The Contest begins on 12th October 2024 and shall end on 31st January 2025 at 11.59p.m. (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted after the Contest Period will not be considered and shall be automatically excluded.

The Contest is open to all Malaysian and Singaporean individuals aged 18 or above.

Employees of the Organizer shall be eligible to participate in the Contest save and except for the Success Management Team.

To enter the Contest, participants must:

(a) Register your participation at https://farcapital.com.my/zero-down-payment-house-contest;

(b) Share the official post on their own profile / page with their unique referral identification (ID) (“Affiliate Link”);

(c) Register a Matchbank account and undergo financial screening (powered by Matchbank); and

(d) Ensure at least one (1) other participants (the “Affiliates”) register via your Affiliate Link which shall be provided to you.

Grand Prize Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Any participant who fulfills the following criteria shall be eligible for the Grand Prize:-

The Affiliates shall collectively purchase at least two hundred (200) properties from the available property selection provided of the Organiser; and

The property purchase by the Affiliates shall be completed on or before 30th June 2025 for it to be considered

There shall be no limit on the total number of Grand Prize Winners for this Contest.

The Grand Prize shall be one (1) Property from the available property selection provided by the Organiser but shall not exceed the net price of Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Fifty Thousand (RM250,000.00) Only. The participant shall be required to bear the difference should the property of choice exceed the said amount.

The selection of the Grand Prize Winner will take place on 30th June 2025 which may be extended should additional time be required to tabulate the results.

One Hundred (100) Second Prize Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The Second Prize Winners shall be selected based on the highest total number of Affiliates registered by way of your Affiliate Link and shall consist of at least one hundred (100) Affiliates.

The Second Prize for each winner shall be one (1) free housing down payment for your property purchase for each of the one hundred (100) winners which shall be strictly subject to the participant securing a Loan-to-Value (LTV) Ratio of at least ninety percent (90%) on the stated Purchase Price of the available property selection provided by the Organiser.

There shall be only one hundred (100) total number of Second Prize Winners for this Contest.

Where a participant fulfills the entry requirements under clause 4 above but does not achieve the top one hundred (100) highest number of Affiliate Link registrations, the participant shall nonetheless be entitled to a rebate of Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand Only (RM1,000.000) strictly to be utilised as booking fee payments towards the available property selection provided by the Organiser.

The selection will take place on 30th November 2024 to 15 December 2024 which may be extended should additional time be required to tabulate the results.

The free housing down payment may include any upfront cost needed to purchase the property of choice such as progressive interest, but shall not include booking fees, booking deposits, legal fees, disbursements, stamp duties on transactional documents, loan repayments, administrative charges and/or any other charges save where expressly mentioned to be borne by the Organizer.

The property of choice to be purchased by the participant and/or its Affiliates under this Contest shall be limited to the available property selection provided of the Organiser.

Any prizes awarded by way of this Contest shall only be utilised towards the available property selection provided by the Organiser.

The prizes above shall be non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

The prizes under this Contest shall not be taken to be in conjunction with any other promotional and affiliate activities organised by the Organizer, including but not limited to, any referral schemes such as the hustler programme, lite screening referral incentives, client referral incentives and property purchase incentives.

By participating in the Contest, you grant the Organizer the right to use your name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by participants as a result of participating in the Contest or accepting the prize.

These terms and conditions are construed and governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Court System.

By entering the Contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
