Job Responsibilities :
Assist the Operation Admin team with the following tasks:
- Perform general office and administration tasks.
- Manage Wetopia center operation and CM movement.
- Manage and control office expenses and financial forecasts.
- Meet and greet all walk-in visitors.
- Handle all enquiries via phone, email and other modes of communication.
- Create and implement in house operation procedures and standards.
- Any other related task assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement :
- At least a Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Accounting/Office administration is preferred.
- Open to fresh graduates. Familiar with Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
- Attention to details.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license.
- Willing to relocate within Klang valley or JB.
