Job Description :
Assist the Finance team with the following tasks:
- Perform general office and administration tasks.
- Utilize a full set of financial account management.
- Manage office operation and staff movement.
- Manage and control company expenses and financial forecasts.
- Create and negotiate in house operation procedures and standards.
- Any other related task assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement :
- At least a Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Accounting/Office administration is preferred.
- Open to fresh graduates. Familiar with Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
- Attention to details.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license.
- Willing to relocate within Klang valley.
