Job Responsibilities :
- Help the team to manage clients information to ensure all data from system records are up-to-date.
- Respond to clients enquiries via phone, system, whatsapp, social media and other channels. This includes questions about referral program, commission and others.
- To provide latest information on business update and guidelines for our clients.
- Assist in coordinating events for our clients. This includes webinars. live events and others.
Job Requirement :
- At least one (1) year of experience in customer relation role.
- Experience in accounting/finance will be value added. The job requires some calculation and basic accounting skills.
- Possess a Diploma in business administration or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate well with people.
- Strong and pleasant personality and able to withstand pressure.
- Experience working in training, event and education will be value added.
