FAR Capital Hustler's Initiative Program Policies
All FAR Capital clients are required to complete agreement and remain in compliance with these terms.
This list contains everything you need to know to be a FAR Capital Hustlers affiliate, including resources, recommendations, and policies.
FAR CAPITAL CLIENT ENROLMENT
Here are some guidelines around what you can and cannot call yourself within the Hustlers Initiative Program.
Do: Say you’re a “FAR Capital Client”
Do Not: Refer to yourself as a Agent, Affiliate, Staff, Team or that you’ve “partnered with FAR Capital.”
This includes press releases, references in videos, listings on your website, or in any other marketing material you may be using.
As a FAR Capital Hustlers, it is important to not only understand the program’s guidelines but also follow them to ensure the success of the partnership.
The initial important step is to comprehend all of the terms listed below.
1. Before you refer a client, you must complete the Hustlers Registration Form and sign the Referral Agreement.
2. Although partners may earn income through their efforts, FAR Capital will only communicate with and pay commissions to the primary account holder.
3. At FAR Capital, we take full responsibility for all financial advice and information provided to clients. Hustlers are solely responsible for bringing in clients, and we work together to ensure that they receive the best possible service from our team.
4. As a hustler, it’s important to keep up-to-date with the latest information on new products and systems.
5. To ensure effective communication, please use Zendesk, or Live Sessions when communicating with FAR Capital.
6. At FAR Capital, we do not allow new clients to change their referrer after it has been decided.
7. Please refrain from selling any of our free public events to your prospects if you are a hustler.
8. To maintain the integrity of the Hustlers program, offering prospective clients a cash rebate of their fee is not permitted. Any misuse of this policy will result in termination from the program.
Compliance with PDPA and adherence to the terms of the contract are crucial for all hustlers and should not be violated.
1. Hustlers are prohibited from leaking any information of the prospects.
2. Hustlers are prohibited from mentioning any project, property, or developer names that are currently collaborating with FAR Capital through any channel.
3. Spreading any false information by using an image as a FAR Capital hustler or client is strictly forbidden.
Only official digital assets or marketing material provided by FAR Capital are allowed to be used by hustlers to avoid any misunderstandings from the public
1. All marketing material that has been published in the Hustlers Content Telegram group, 14 Days Content and Content Bank is allowed to be used as a marketing promotion
2. Hustlers are not allowed to cut contents from the material that has been live to the public and provided to them.
3. Hustlers are not allowed to use property developments and projects media as their marketing material.
To ensure a seamless registration process for your prospects to the webinar, adhere to these guidelines
1. Hustlers must share their affiliate links with their prospects and not register them for webinars.
2. Only the complete affiliate link that is published in your Genealogy is considered valid to use for Hustle Income
3. Our unique tracking is through phone number. Please ensure that your prospects insert the correct phone number
4. To track the prospects that have been registered under your name, please refer to your Genealogy
The Genealogy portal serves as a one-stop center for hustlers in their income journey. Familiarizing oneself with the Genealogy guidelines is essential
1. The prospects details will not listed under your leads if he is already registered under other hustlers
2. In the event of a system glitch or downtime in Genealogy, the manual policy of first come first serve basis (the client belongs to the first hustler’s registration) will be followed.
3. The Genealogy Tree, Referral Agreement status, Screening and PIF status will be updated once a week.
4. The details filled in your Hustlers Registration Form will be used for commission disbursement

All hustlers who have successfully brought in a client will be entitled to receive commission

2.Refer to Commission Structure Dashboard to know the amount of commission receive for each client sign up.
3.Commissions will be disbursed within 60 working days after the end of the enrolment month, provided the hustler has met the required conditions of filling in the Hustlers Registration Form, signing the Referral Agreement, and submitting an invoice (for company/business account).
4.The disbursement of commission is depend on the development, with some being released after the Signing of the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and others after the completion of the Vacant Possession (VP) stage.
5. The property commission usually will be released by stage/projects 60 days after FAR Capital has receive commission for developer for each development project
6. Hustlers who would like the commission to be disbursed to your company/business account, please take note of the following steps:

- The invoice can be submitted through FAR Capital Zendesk or sent to hustlers@farcapital.com.my via email.
- To ensure timely disbursement, the invoice must be submitted before the 7th day of each month.

Hustlers must adhere to these guidelines before registering any companies that are prepared to be pitched by FAR Capital
1. It is mandatory for hustlers to provide accurate information when filling out the 1-hour pitching session details between FAR Capital and the company.
2. Hustlers can refer to the Corporate Partnership Dashboard to access the list of companies pitched by FAR Capital.
3. FAR Capital will carry out follow-ups with the company for a period of one month.
4. Hustlers can refer to the Corporate Partnership Dashboard to view the list of companies that have been pitched by FAR Capital.
5. After a company has been pitched, there will be a waiting period of one month before other hustlers can make an attempt.
A company’s employees will be acknowledged as FAR Corporate Clients and will enjoy similar benefits to other FAR clients, albeit with a few modifications
1. Corporate clients must complete the client activation procedures to be recognized as FAR Capital clients.
2. Corporate clients are not allowed to bring in partners or engage in Hustle Income.
3. All corporate clients will undergo the same procedures as other FAR Capital clients, which include screening, debt consolidation, and property purchase.
4. Corporate clients are eligible to receive the same property deals as other FAR Capital clients.
5. The HR department of each company is responsible for providing updated employee information to facilitate client activation.
1. Hustlers who have successfully brought in company is entitled to receive referral commission and property commission
2. Refer to Commission Structure Dashboard to know the amount of commission receive for each sign up.

WETOPIA TENANT REFFERAL

Tenants residing in Wetopia Co-living will adhere to these policies
1. All Wetopia tenant will receive the same benefits as FAR Client which include screening,debt consolidation and property purchase
2. Wetopia Tenant are eligible to receive same property deals as other FAR Capital Clients
3. Wetopia tenants are not allowed to bring in partners to receiver FAR Capital services
4. Wetopia tenants are only allowed to do Wetopia Hustle Income
