TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXTENSION OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

FAR Capital is pleased to offer you our package to extend the subscription subject to the terms specified herein.
The subscription period may be extended for a period of five (5) years for a one-off payment of Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand Eight Hundred (RM1,800.00) to be made in full to FAR Capital (“Extended Subscription Fees”).
The extension period shall commence immediately upon the expiration of the current subscription period.
All other terms and conditions of the original Service Agreement shall remain valid and binding except as expressly modified herein.
The Extended Subscription Fees shall not be refundable at any given time.
Should you fail to provide confirmation and payment for the Extended Subscription Fees, it shall be deemed that you do not wish to continue your clientship, and services will be discontinued upon the expiry of the current term.
The Company reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time upon providing notice to you.
